Genetic Analysis on the Black-blain Wing Drosophila genealogy
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
通过传统的杂交方法以及RAPD扩增母本黄身果蝇和黑疱翅果蝇家系突变体的3种代表类型寻找差异片段的方法,研究了黑疱翅果蝇家系突变体的遗传特点,得出黑疱翅果蝇家系是多基因突变与环境共同作用的结果.
Abstract：
Through traditional hybridization,and RAPD amplifying the yellow mutant and three typical types of the black-blain wing Drosophila genealogy to identify diversity fragments,the conclusion was drawn that the black-blain wing Drosophila genealogy is the result of multi-genetic mutation with envi ronmentimpact.
