嫁接型材料的制备及其催化性能

Preparation of Grafted Materials and Their Catalytic Activity

摘要:

应用超声波技术在温和条件下以氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷为偶联剂,制得了二乙烯三胺、Schiff碱配体和过渡金属Zn,Fe和Co的N,N-双水杨醛缩二乙烯三胺席夫碱配合物嫁接的SiO2.应用IR和UV-Vis技术对其进行了表征.结果表明,嫁接型配合物的红外光谱呈现出胺基和席夫碱相应基团的特征吸收,配体和配合物紫外光谱之间的差别表明配合物结构的存在.将所制得的样品在二氧化碳和环氧丙烷的环加成反应中进行了催化性能的测试,结果表明嫁接型席夫碱配合物配体和过渡金属离子对样品的催化活性均有影响.席夫碱配合物的催化活性普遍高于SiO2/二乙烯三胺和SiO2/Schiff碱的活性.

Abstract:

C4N3H13,Schiff base and transition metal (Zn,Fe and Co)Schif f base complexes modified SiO2(SiO2-M(NNOO))were prepared with 3-chloropropy ltrimethoxy silane (CPTMS)as the coupling agents by ultrasonic technique under mild condi tions.The samples were characterized by IR and UV-Vis spect roscopy and the results showed that the characteristic absorption bands of amidocy anogen and Schif fbase groups appeared.The presence of complex structure was confirmed by UV-Vis.Such samples showed dif ferent cataly tic activity tow ards CO2 coupling with epo xide.The transition metal Schiff complexes showed higher catalytic activity than SiO2/C4N3H13 and SiO2/Schif f base.
