A New Authentication Codes with Arbitration Based on Symplectic Spaces

Abstract：
Authentication code with arbitration (-code)can solve the problem of transmi tter/reciver disputes in comunication system.A new code based on sympletic geometry is given.The parameters of the code are computed,and as all the rules of the transmi tter and the receiver are chosen acco rding to an equal probability dist ribution,the probabilityies of success for different type of deceptions are also computed.
