Progress on Total Synthesis of Febrifugine and Isofebrifugine
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
常山碱和异常山碱目前主要用于家禽抗球虫病,具有高抗疟性、无副作用的优点,属喹唑啉酮类化合物.最新研究发现,此类化合物可用于膀胱、前列腺、乳腺、皮肤、肺癌等恶性肿瘤的治疗,市场前景广阔.综述了常山碱和异常山碱的的合成发展,探讨分析了多种合成路线.
Abstract：
Febrifugine and isofebrifugine,which belong to quinazolinones,derived from Chinese hydrangea called "ChangShan"are having highly effective ant icoccidials at extremely low dosages yet with lit tle side effect.The present discovery show sthat certain of these quinazolinones are effective for treating human malignancies including vesica,prostate,mammary,lung cancers and cutaneum carcinoma.The art icle reviews the progress on the total synthesis of the febrifugine and isofebrifugine.
