摘要/Abstract
摘要：
设计合成了2种新型卟啉-5-氟尿嘧啶化合物,收率为58.3%∼51.4%.通过1H NMR,MS,IR,UV-Vis确定了其结构,并找到了最佳合成、分离和纯化条件.
Abstract：
Two novel porphyrin-5-fluorouracil compounds were synthesized with yield of 58.3%∼51.4%.The st ructures were determined by 1HNMR,MS,IR and UV-Vis techniques,and the best conditions of synthesis,separation and purif ication were found.
