摘要：
终身体育理念下高师体育教学改革具有重要性、必要性,转变教学观念,改革教学内容、教学方法和手段,构建多元评价体系,延长体育课开课时间,加强课外体育活动,加大体育设施和经费的投入以及提高教师素质,是实现高师终身体育教学改革的对策.
Abstract：
Physical Education teaching reform in teachers colleges under the conception of life-long physical education is necessary and important .The strategies for realizing the reforms of life-long physical education teaching in teachers colleges include:changing teaching concepts,reforming teaching contents and teaching methods,building a mult-ielement evaluating system,increasing teaching periods, strengthening after-class activ-ities,putting in more funds and physical training equipments,improving teachers quality.
