Preparation and Characterization of the Composite Nano-material of Titanium Dioxide/Carbon Nanotubes(TiO2/CNT)

摘要:

采用溶胶-凝胶法,以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,分别制备了二氧化钛/碳纳米管(TiO2/CNT)复合纳米膜电极和TiO2/CNT复合纳米粉体材料.利用UV-Vis,EIS等方法对复合纳米膜电极进行了表征,利用SEM对TiO2/CNT复合纳米粉体材料进行了观察,并测定了该材料对甲基橙光降解的催化活性.结果表明,复合TiO2/CNT纳米材料比单独TiO2纳米材料具有更高的化学活性.

Abstract:

Composite nano TiO2/CNT thin films modified on a elect rode and the composite nano-material of TiO2/CN T were successfully prepared with Sol-Gel method,in which Ti(OC4H9)4was used as a precursor.NanoTiO2/CNT thin films were characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry(UV-Vis),elect rochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)techniques.Lastly,the composite nano-material of TiO2/CNT was observed by using scanning elect ron microscopy(SEM),also,the photo-degradation of methyl orange was carried out on this nano-material of TiO2/CNT,and the results show that the nano-material of TiO2/CNT has a hig her activity than the pure nano TiO2 particles.
