With the development of economy and society,the rural sports culture was paid more attention by researchers from different angles.The purpose is to investigate the actuality of sports culture construction in Handan country side.The literature reseach and investigation were used in the study.The results showed that the government investment in sports culture const ruction should be reinfored,which is an influential factor in rural sports culture development.Meanw hile,the farmers'sports concerning knowledge and consciousness should beimproved.
