间接电合成邻溴苯甲醛

Synthesis of o2bromobenzaldehyde by Indirect Electrooxidation

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

采用间接电合成法,以Ce4+/Ce3+为媒质合成了邻溴苯甲醛.在隔膜电解槽中Ce3+电氧化的最佳条件是c(Ce3+)=0.6mol/L,c(H2SO4)=0.5mol/L,电流密度200A/m2,电量1.0F/mol,Ce4+的电解收率90.9%;槽外合成邻溴苯甲醛的最佳条件是n(Ce4+):n(邻溴甲苯)=4:2,c(H2SO4)=0.5mol/L,反应温度80℃,邻溴苯甲醛反应收率82.3%.

Abstract:

The Ce3+ sulfuric acid solution is elect rooxided to Ce4+ in a membrane elect rolytic cell by indirect elect rooxidation method.The optimum conditions of elect rolysis are as fellows:Ce3+concent ration is 0.6 mol/L,sulfuric acid concent ration is 0.5 mol/L,current density is 200 A/m2,electric quantity is 1.0F/mol.On the con-dition elect rolytic yield is 90.9%.The optimum conditions of out side cell reaction are as fellows:n(Ce4+):n(o-Br-Ph-CH3)=4:2,sulfuric acid concent ration is 0.5 mol/L,temperature is 80℃.The reaction yield of o-bro-mobenzahyde is 82.3%.
