Simple and Rapid Method of Extracting and Purifying DNA from Soil
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
比较了从土壤中提取及纯化DNA的不同方法,确立了TENS-乙酸铵提取方法和PVPP柱层析的纯化方法.结果显示:TENS-乙酸铵提取方法对不同土壤均有较好的提取效果,DNA片段长度在23.1kb以上,且无明显降解;PVPP柱层析的纯化方法比胶回收纯化方法的DNA回收效率高、质量好,可用于PCR扩增.
Abstract：
Different methods were studied and compared to ext ract and purify DNA f rom the soil ,high puri-ty and quality DNA can be yielded by the TENS-ammonium acetate method containing f reeze-thaw cycles,bead2beating procedure.The size of DNA was above23.1kb with no obvious degradation.The PVPP spin column chromatography method shows high yield and quality than the Agarose Gel DNA Purification Kit.
