摘要/Abstract
摘要：
利用Na2SiO3的水解反应,在BiVO4表面形成SiO2膜,包覆了SiO2的BiVO4黄色颜料可耐1000℃的高温.考察了Na2SiO3浓度、反应温度、反应时间、DBS用量对产物颜色的影响,并对产品进行了表征,得出结论:包膜后的BiVO4表面状态发生了变化,包覆的SiO2起到了防止BiVO4烧结的作用.
Abstract：
It was researched on SiO2-coated BiVO4 for the hydrolysis reaction of sodium silicate.Experimental results showed that the SiO2-coated BiVO4 yellow pigment could be baked on 1000℃.The inf luences of concention of Na2SiO3,reaction temperature and time,the mass percent of DBS on product colour were investigated.FT-IR,XRD and DTA were used to characterize the samples.The conclusion is that the surface state of modified BiVO4has changed,the SiO2 has prevented BiVO4 from composing by DTA.
