Synthesis of Glycerin Triacetate with Expandable Graphite as Catalyst
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
以甘油和乙酸酐为原料、可膨胀石墨为催化剂合成了三乙酸甘油酯.研究了甘油和乙酸酐的摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间诸因素对产率的影响.实验结果表明可膨胀石墨是合成三乙酸甘油酯的良好催化剂.最佳反应条件:n(甘油)∶n(乙酸酐)=1∶4.2,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.5%,反应时间2 h,此条件下产率可达98.3%.
Abstract：
Glycerin triacetate(Ⅰ) was sy nthesized from gly cerin(Ⅱ)and acetic anhydride(Ⅲ)in the presence of expandable graphite(Ⅳ).Factors influencing the product yield were discussed and best reaction conditions were found .Experimental result showed that Ⅳ is an excellent catalyst for the synthesis of Ⅰ .With n(Ⅱ)∶n(Ⅲ)=1∶4 .2 , w (Ⅳ)=1 .5 %, and reaction time is 2 h , yield of Ⅰ can reach 98 .3 %.
