Preparation and Characterization of Ca3Co2O6 Powders by the Citrate Sol-gel Method
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
以柠檬酸为络合剂,采用溶胶凝胶法制备出Ca3Co2O6粉体,利用TG DTA,XRD,FT IR,SEM等手段对Ca3Co2O6进行了表征.实验结果表明,干凝胶的煅烧温度在950℃之间,时间2 h,可制备纯相Ca3Co2O6粉体.该粉体的形貌为蠕虫状,直径0.6μm,长约3μm.
Abstract：
Ca3Co2O6 powders have been synthesized by a sol-gel process , using citrate as complexing agent .Ca3Co2O6 powders were characterized by thermogravimetry differential thermal analysis , X-ray diffraction , Fourier transform inf rared spect roscopy , scanning electron microscopy .The results show wormlike Ca3Co2O6 powders can be obtained af ter the dry gel calcined at 950 ℃ for 2 h w ith the diameter of 0 .6μm and length of 3 μm
