Studies on Transferring ba r Gene into Tall Fescue ( Festuca a rundinacea Schreb. ) via Microprojectile Bombardment
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
利用基因枪法,以bar基因转化高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea Schreb.)的下胚轴愈伤组织,对获得的再生植株进行的PCR检测和点杂交分析表明,外源bar基因片段已经整合至高羊茅基因组中.同时,对转基因植株进行的草丁膦涂抹实验发现,转基因植株对除草剂的耐性提高.
Abstract：
A Chimeric bar gene was transferred into calli of tall fescue by microprojectile bombardment . PCR and dot-blot hybridization analysis of regenerated plants demonst rated the integration of exogenous bar gene fragments into tall fescue genomes. In addition ,the transgenic plants were more tolerant to 2mg/ L phosphino-thricin compared to that of control plans.
