The ParalIel Reaction in Svnthesis Glvcine
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
氯乙酸水解生成乙醇酸是甘氨酸合成的平行反应,也是甘氨酸合成的主要竞争性副反应之一.通过实验测定和动力学分析确定该反应为二级反应,得到了某些温度下的反应速度常数,并求得反应的活化能及阿累尼乌斯经验方程.讨论了温度对这个主要竞争反应的影响,并指出该反应的温度不宜过高.
Abstract：
Hydrolyzing ammondysis chloroacetic acid to produce glycolic acid is a parallel and a competitive side reaction in synthesis glycine．Through experimented results and kinetics analysis，the second order parallel reaction is derived，its rate constant under certain temperature and activation energy can be calculated，the Arrhenius experience formula can be obtained．The influence of temperature on the reaction is discussed．It is pointed out the temperature of the synthesis glycine could not be high．
