Analysis of Dielectric Losses of BaTiO3 Ceramics in the Alternating Electric Field
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
通过溶胶凝胶法制备钛酸钡粉体并通过传统烧结工艺制成钛酸钡陶瓷,用交流阻抗测试其在交变电场中对电流的响应过程.通过用EQU软件拟合出的最佳等效电路和资料,将由弛豫现象引起的介电损耗从总损耗中分离出来,分别考察了计及漏电导和忽略漏电导的介电损耗随频率变化的趋势.
Abstract：
BaTiO3 ceramics was obtained by sol-gel method and sintering with conventional technique.Dielectric properties variation of the ceramics with electric field were tested by impedance bridge/impedance bridge/electrochemical impedance spectroscopy method and different kind of equivalent circuits were used for simulation from EQU software,by which the dielectric losses from current leakage and relaxation were divided.In addition,the dielectric losses including leakage conduction or not in variation with frequency were studied.
