Calmodulin Regulates Activity of HSF Through HSP70
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
凝胶阻滞分析结果显示,70kD的热激蛋白(HSP70)抑制热激转录因子(HSF)的DNA结合活性;利用免疫共沉淀法在细胞提取液中检测到了CaM-HSP70复合物的存在,并且热激后CaMHSP70复合物含量增加.表明钙调素(CaM)调控HSF活性可能是通过与HSP70结合起作用.
Abstract：
With gel mobility shift assay,it was found that DNA-binding activity of HSF was repressed by HSP70.It was also found that the CaM-HSP70 complex was existed in cytoplasmic extract by co-immunoprecipetation experiment,and concentration of CaM-HSP70 complex increased after heat shock.The results provide proofs for regulation of CaM on activity of HSF likely through binding to HSP70.Maize was used as experimental material.
