Research Progress on the Function and Regulation of 5-hydroxytryptamine Receptors in Insects

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)作为生物胺类神经递质,通过作用于不同亚型的受体,调节神经系统和激素信号通路,从而影响昆虫的行为模式和生理状态.近年来研究表明,5-HT受体作为潜在杀虫剂靶标具有广阔的应用前景.因此综述了近年来国内外有关5-HT受体在昆虫行为以及生长发育等方面的功能及调控机制,以期为新型杀虫剂研发及害虫防治提供新思路.

Abstract:

As a biogenic amine neurotransmitter,5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)can modulate behavioral patterns and physiological states in insects by activating specific receptor subtypes to regulate neural system and hormonal signaling pathways.Recent studies highlighted the promising application prospects of 5-HT receptors as potential insecticide targets.Therefore,this paper reviewed the current advances in the functional roles and regulatory mechanisms of 5-HT receptors in insect behavior,growth,and development,in the hoping to provide new insights for developing novel insecticides and advancing pest control strategies.
