河北省北部地区大型真菌多样性研究

Study on Macrofungal Diversity in the Northern Part of Hebei Province

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

河北省北部地区自然条件优渥,植被茂密,种类丰富,大型真菌资源丰富.本研究通过踏查法对该地区进行标本采集,并通过形态学和分子生物学方法对大型真菌样品进行鉴定.经鉴定,从该区域发现的大型真菌种类共有2门4纲14目48科105属217种,其中优势科(分布物种不少于10种)共有6科,分别为蘑菇科、红菇科、鹅膏科、牛肝菌科、多孔菌科和口蘑科,共计114种.优势属(分布物种不少于5种)共有10属,分别为伞菌属、红菇属、鹅膏属、乳菇属、丝盖伞属、光柄菇属、白环蘑属、马勃属、小皮伞属和多孔菌属,共包括物种80种.通过ITS序列测序分析结合形态学鉴定,发现8个中国新记录种.研究表明河北省北部地区大型真菌物种多样性较高,具有经济价值的共122种,其中食用菌41种、药用菌45种、食药兼用菌16种、毒菌36种.对其属级区系进行分析表明,该区域按地理成分大型真菌可分为8个类型,其中世界广布成分占比为52.38%.本研究为河北省北部区域的大型真菌资源的保护和开发利用提供了数据基础.

Abstract:

The northern region of Hebei province has excellent natural conditions, dense vegetation, rich species and abundant macrofungi resources. In this study, samples were collected through inspection in this area, and the samples of large fungi were identified by morphological and molecular biological methods. The classification results revealed a total of 217 macrofungal species distributed across 2 phyla, 4 classes, 14 orders, 48 families, and 105 genera. Among these, six families were identified as dominant(each comprising no fewer than 10 species):Agaricaceae, Russulaceae, Amanitaceae, Boletaceae, Polyporaceae and Tricholomataceae, collectively accounting for 114 species. Additionally, ten dominant genera(each containing no fewer than 5 species) were identified: Agaricus, Russula, Amanita,Lactarius, Inocybe,Pluteus,Leucoagaricus, Lycoperdon,Marasmius and Polyporus, with a total of 80 species.Through morphological identification and ITS sequence analysis, eight species were identified as new records for China. The results demonstrated that the northern region of Hebei province possesses high macrofungal diversity. A total of 122 species with economic value were found in the study area, including 41 edible fungi, 45 medicinal fungi, 16 edible and medicinal fungi and 36 poisonous fungi. Analysis at the genus level indicated that the macrofungi in this region can be divided into eight types based on geographical elements, with cosmopolitan distribution elements accounting for 52.38%. This study provides data basis for the conservation, development and utilization of macrofungal resources in the northern region of Hebei province.
