滨海湿地生态修复的固碳功能、实现路径及碳中和对策

Carbon Sequestration Function,Implementation Pathways and Carbon Neutrality Strategies of Coastal Wetland Ecological Restoration

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

滨海湿地生态修复在恢复生态系统功能的同时能有效增加湿地系统的碳汇能力,对中国碳中和战略的实现具有重要意义.结合中国滨海湿地生态修复和碳汇研究现状,分析符合中国滨海湿地生态修复碳减排及增汇的途径与方法,即清除滨海湿地开发活动设施、转变土地利用类型、修复土壤污染和重建植被.针对限制中国滨海湿地生态修复提升“碳汇”能力的诸多因素,提出加强滨海湿地的监测和碳汇核算、完善滨海湿地的监管机制、有效恢复滨海湿地的面积、加强国际交流合作4个方面的建议.研究结果表明,中国在滨海湿地生态修复以提高其碳汇方面的研究仍存在不足,但同时也验证了中国滨海湿地生态系统具有巨大的碳汇潜力以及滨海湿地生态系统通过科学合理地修复可有效增加其碳汇能力.该研究为中国在“碳达峰、碳中和”战略部署下滨海湿地生态系统的修复方向提供科学依据,为中国制定应对气候变化行动计划提供理论支撑,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义.

Abstract:

Coastal wetland ecological restoration can recover its ecosystem function and effectively increase its carbon sink capacity,which is of great significance to the realization of carbon neutrality strategy of China. Based on the research status of ecological restoration and carbon sequestration in coastal wetland in China,there are three approaches proposed in this study to reduce the carbon emission or increase the carbon sequestration.To be specific,those approaches are clearing away the development facilities in coastal wetland,changing land-use types,as well as repairing soil pollution and reconstructing vegetation.Besides,in view of the many factors that limit the ecological restoration of coastal wetland in China to enhance the ability of carbon sink,this paper puts forward four suggestions as follows:strengthening the monitoring and accounting in carbon sink of coastal wetland; improving the supervision mechanism of coastal wetland; effectively restoring the area of coastal wetland; enhancing the international communication and cooperation.In addition,the study results show that the coastal wetland ecosystem of China has huge potential in carbon sink and the capacity of carbon fixation,which will be effectively increased by scientific and reasonable restoration measures in coastal wetland ecosystem.In conclusion,this study provides a scientific basis for restoring the coastal wetland ecosystem of China under the strategic deployment of "peak carbon emissions" and "carbon neutrality",and it provides the important theoretical support and practical significance for China to formulate the action plans on climate change.
