益生菌与神经官能症相关性研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

随着生活节奏的加快与社会压力的增长,中国神经官能症的发病率逐年增多,这将严重影响患者的正常生活,甚至可能缩短正常寿命.益生菌通过定植于机体胃肠道来改变肠道菌群的组成,对人体多种疾病具有改善效果,并显示出巨大的发展潜力.总结了抑郁症、焦虑症和双向情感障碍等多种类型的神经官能症的发病表现及成因,并归纳了不同种类的益生菌对神经官能症的作用效果及机制,展望了以益生菌为辅助手段的治疗前景,以期为神经官能症的日常预防及临床治疗提供新思路.

Abstract:

With the acceleration of the pace of life and the growth of social pressure,the incidence of neurosis in China has been increasing year by year,which could seriously affect the normal life of patients,even shorten the normal life expectancy.By colonizing the gastrointestinal tract and altering the composition of intestinal flora,probiotics have an ameliorating effect on a variety of human diseases,and show great potential for clinical development.This paper has summarized the symptoms and etiology of various types of neurosis,such as depressive disorder,anxiety disorder and bipolar disorder,consolidated the effects and mechanisms of different types of probiotics on neurosis,and looked forward to the therapeutic prospects of using probiotics as auxiliary treatment methods,with the aim of providing new ideas for the daily prevention and clinical treatment of neurosis.
