基于区间数据的甘肃省祁连山自然保护区大气环境质量综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Atmospheric Environmental Quality of Qilian Mountain Nature Reserve in Gansu Province Based on Interval Data
摘要/Abstract
甘肃省祁连山国家级自然保护区的设立是国家生态治理重要举措,其大气生态环境安全评价对区域生态安全保护和生态修复具有重要现实意义.由于大气的流动性特征,基于局部数据的综合评价结果不足以反映自然保护区大气环境质量.基于甘肃省祁连山国家自然保护区大气环境质量区间数据,利用PSR 模型理论构建大气环境质量综合评价指标体系,利用区间数据层次分析法与熵权法对自然保护区大气环境质量进行综合评价.研究结果表明:2015—2021年,自然保护区大气环境质量逐渐改善,在小幅波动中总体向好.从影响大气环境质量指标权重看,单位GDP二氧化硫排放量、SO2年平均质量浓度与节能环保支出是影响自然保护区大气环境质量的重要因素.因此,应该重点关注SO2排放管控与后期治理,加大节能环保支出是改善自然保护区大气环境质量的重要措施.
The establishment of Qilian Mountains National Nature Reserve in Gansu province is an important initiative for national ecological governance,and the evaluation of its atmospheric ecological environmental safety is of great practical significance for regional ecological safety protection and ecological restoration.Due to the characteristics of atmospheric mobility,the comprehensive evaluation results based on local data are not sufficient to reflect the atmospheric environmental quality of the nature reserve.In this paper,based on the interval data of atmospheric environment quality of Qilian Mountain National Nature Reserve in Gansu province,the PSR model theory is used to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of atmospheric environment quality,and the hierarchical analysis method and entropy weight method of interval data are used to make comprehensive evaluation of atmospheric environment quality of the nature reserve.The research results show that the atmospheric environment quality of the nature reserve gradually improve during the period of 2015—2021,and are generally good with small fluctuations.In terms of the weighting of indicators affecting atmospheric environment quality,sulfur dioxide emissions per unit of GDP,annual average concentration of SO2 and energy conservation and environmental protection expenditure are important factors affecting atmospheric environment quality of the nature reserve.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on SO2 emission control and later treatment,and increasing energy saving and environmental protection expenditure is an important measure to improve atmospheric environment quality of the nature reserve.
