环糊精及其衍生物作为纳米药物载体的研究进展

Research Progress on Cyclodextrin and Its Derivatives as Nano-drug Carriers

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

环糊精聚合物因其具有尺寸小、价格适宜、性质稳定的特点而在纳米药物载体研究领域备受关注,其作为纳米靶向药物载体可提高药物的生物相容性,保护脂溶性药物.围绕环糊精聚合物作为纳米药物载体,展开论述了常见药物载体类型(纳米微球、纳米脂质体、聚合物胶束、磁性纳米粒子、金属有机框架和水凝胶)目前国内外研究进展以及实际应用情况.

Abstract:

Cyclodextrin polymers have attracted much attention in the field of nano-drug carrier research,due to their small size,affordable price and stable properties.As nano-targeted drug carriers,cyclodextrin polymers can promote drug biocompatibility and protect lipophilic drugs.This article mainly focused on cyclodextrin polymers as nano-drug carriers,and elaborated on the common types of drug carriers(nanospheres,nanoliposomes,polymer micelles,magnetic nanoparticles,metal-organic frameworks and hydrogels),as well as their current research progress and practical applications both domestically and internationally.
