Study on Key Problems in Constructing of National Environment Background Metadata Base
摘要/Abstract
对国家环境背景数据的分类编码、元数据标准、元数据工具软件展开研究,表明在分类编码的编制中应强调环境背景数据位置信息的浓缩与提炼,应贯彻分类为综合服务的原则。对分类编码与数据字典要区别对待,分类编码要赋予较强的概括能力,并成为元数据库的有机组成部分。分类编码是挖掘信息的一种有效手段,可以有效降低元数据信息的检索门槛;分类编码、元数据标准和元数据库结构的整合则从概念层面提供了元数据库主中心和分中心的集成方法;元数据工具软件的功能需求应定位于其所将要依托的社会群体,并以此为基础诠释了元数据工具软件功能的内涵。
Classification and codification of national background data,standard of metadata,development and application of metadata tool software are studied.In this study,compression and abstraction of data location in compilation of classification and codification are emphasized,the principle of classification serving generalization is carried through.We deal with classification and codification differently,make classification and codification summarize contents greatly and become the important constitute of metadata base,find an available means of excavating message,bring down the sill of metadata index.United classification and codification,standard of metadata and metadata base provide the means of integration of center and sub-center of metadata base from conception layer.Metadata is not only face on metadata standard,it's function is decided by social organizations and groups,and basing on these,the function of metadata tool software is analyzed.
