Primary Study on the Quick Multiplication of Cymbidium
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
通过对大花蕙兰的组织培养试验,筛选出B5+BA1.0+2,4D2.0的组合对大花蕙兰花梗诱导类原球茎有明显作用.B5培养基较MS培养基更容易诱导花梗产生类原球茎.激素BA浓度在1.0～5.0mg/L之间,2,4D浓度在0.5～2.0mg/L之间有利于诱导花梗产生类原球茎.筛选出MS+BA1.0+NAA0.5的组合对大花蕙兰类原球茎增殖有明显作用.采用井字形切割有利于类原球茎的增殖.
Abstract：
The tissue culture of petal,pedicel and leaf of Cymbidium were studied. The results are as follows: B5 basic medium was superior to MS in inducing protocorm. Low concentration of BA1. 0～ 5. 0 and 2,4-D0. 5～ 2. 0 was helpful to induce protocorm. The best medium in inducing protocorm was B5+BA1+ 2,4-D2. 0. The culture of petal and leaf had not succeeded. The best medium for protocorm multiplication was MS + BA1+ NAA0. 5. Cutting method of“# ” shape was found to promote protocorm multiplication.
