植物群落谱系结构与多样性格局研究进展——基于 CiteSpace的知识图谱分析

A Review on Phylogenetic Structure and Diversity Pattern of Plant Communities Based on CiteSpace

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

群落构建机制在群落生态学中占据关键地位,探究物种亲缘关系的发展有助于了解群落形成的过程.基于CNKI 和 Web of Science核心数据库,采用文献计量法和 CiteSpace软件探讨了植物群落谱系结构及多样性格局的研究进展.结果表明,植物群落谱系结构随着空间尺度的增大而逐渐聚集;时间尺度上,随着径级增大和群落演替加深而逐渐分散;分类群尺度越小,谱系则趋于分散.不同空间研究尺度下,群落多样性格局具不同特征:物种多样性随纬度上升而降低;群落多样性与海拔的关系包括:正相关、负相关、中等海拔多样性最高、中等海拔多样性最低、与海拔梯度无关等.综合传统谱系树构建与DNA条形码技术相结合的研究方法,有助于构建更加准确的谱系树.

Abstract:

The mechanism of community construction plays a key role in community ecology,and exploring the development of genetic relationship of species is helpful to understand the process of community formation.Based on the core collection database of CNKI and Web of Science,the research progress of plant community phylogenetic structure and diversity pattern was studied by using CiteSpace.The results showed that the phylogenetic structure of plant communities gradually gathered with the increase of spatial scale,but gradually dispersed with the increasing of diameter class and the deepening of community succession.With the decreasing of the taxa scale,the phylogenetic structure became more dispersed.At different spatial research scales,the patterns of community species diversity had different characteristics.The plant community species diversity decreased with the increase of latitude.The effects of altitude gradients on species diversity pattern were mainly manifested as positive correlation with altitude gradient,negative correlation with altitude gradient,the highest diversity in middle altitude,the lowest diversity in middle altitude,and independent of altitude gradient.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of current research methods,it was found that the combination of traditional phylogenetic tree construction and DNA barcoding technology was helpful to build a more accurate phylogenetic tree.
