长江经济带科技创新-产业结构-生态环境耦合协调分析

Coupling Coordination Analysis of Technological Innovation-Industrial Structure-Ecological Environment in Yangtze River Economic Belt

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

为正确认识科技创新、产业结构及生态环境之间的关系及协调程度,构建3个系统的2级指标评价体系,基于耦合协调模型,运用熵值法对长江经济带11个省(市)2009—2017年3个系统的耦合协调时序演化及空间差异演变进行分析. 结果表明:R&D人员全时当量、人均GDP和一般工业固体废物产生量对科技创新、产业结构和生态环境贡献率较高,3个系统综合评价指数均存在省际差异变化,创新程度与产业结构优化整体上呈正相关、与生态环境状况呈负相关;从时间上,2009—2017年3个系统耦合度水平较高且部分地区年际差异变化大,而耦合协调程度较低且年际差异变化幅度较小;从空间上,该区域各省(市)耦合度及耦合协调度空间差异明显且呈集聚态势,各省(市)耦合度基本达到高水平耦合阶段,耦合协调度整体较低且呈东高西低差异态势.

Abstract:

To correctly understand the relationship and coordination degree among technological innovation, industrial structure and ecological environment, a three-system two-level index evaluation system was constructed. Based on coupling coordination model, temporal evolution and spatial difference evolution of coupling coordination of three major systems in 11 provinces and cities of Yangtze River economic belt from 2009 to 2017 were analyzed using entropy value method. The results showed that the full-time equivalent of R&D personnel, per capita GDP and general industrial solid waste production contributed highly to technological innovation, industrial structure and ecological environment. The comprehensive evaluation indices of three systems all had interprovincial differences, and the degree of innovation was positively correlated to industrial structure optimization, while negatively correlated to ecological environment. Temporally, the level of coupling degree of three systems from 2009 to 2017 was relatively high and interannual differences in some areas changed greatly, while the degree of coupling coordination was low and interannual difference change was small. Spatially, coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of provinces and cities in the region were different obviously and showed agglomeration trend. The coupling degree of each province and city basically reached high-level coupling stage, and coupling coordination degree was relatively low overall, showing the trend of high in the east and low in the west.
