中药类保健食品中汞含量的3种测定方法

Determination of Mercury Content in Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Food by Three Methods

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

采用高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱(HPLC-ICP-MS)法、微波消解-ICP-MS法和直接进样测汞法测定23批次中药类保健食品中的总汞含量. 测定结果表明,3种测定方法的线性相关系数(R)均大于0.999,回收率为80.2 %~100.7 %,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.6 %~5.3 %;HPLC-ICP-MS法能够准确、高效地测定3种汞形态化合物的含量,且测定的总汞含量与其他2种方法基本一致;总汞含量的测定应优先选择直接进样测汞法.

Abstract:

The total mercury content in 23 batches of traditional chinese medicine health food was determined by HPLC-ICP-MS,microwave digestion -ICP-MS and direct mercury injection method. The test results showed that the linear correlation coefficients (R) of the three methods are greater than 0.999,the recoveries are 80.2 %~100.7 %,and the relative standard deviations(RSD) are 1.6 %~5.3 %.The HPLC-ICP-MS method can accurately and efficiently determine the contents of the three different mercury compounds,and the total mercury contents are basically consistent with that of the other two methods. The direct mercury injection method should be preferred for the determination of the total mercury content.
