疫情常态化防控下乡村旅游高质量发展新趋势及优化策略

Research on New Trend and Optimization Strategy of High-quality Development of Rural Tourism Under Normal Epidemic Prevention and Control

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

疫情常态化防控下，乡村旅游在受到强烈冲击的同时，也迎来了新的发展机遇.在分析新冠疫情及常态化防控、乡村旅游地发展特征和价值的基础上，进一步探讨疫情常态化防控下乡村旅游发展的新趋势.从推动标准化法制化建设、构建多元优质产品体系、构建GIVS（政府（G）+行业（I）+村民（V）+学者（S））多方治理模式和有效融入科学技术等方面提出乡村旅游地发展优化路径.最后从基础设施建设、资金投入、产品升级创新以及人才引进等角度提出优化策略，以期为疫情常态化防控下乡村旅游的发展提供实践指导与参考.

Abstract：

Under normal prevention and control of the epidemic，rural tourism has been strongly impacted，which also brings opportunities for the development of rural tourism.This paper analyzes the epidemic situation and its normal prevention and control，as well as the characteristics and values of the development of rural tourism destinations，and further discusses the new development trend of the epidemic situation and its normal prevention and control.The optimal development path of rural tourism destination is put forward from four aspects:promoting stan-dardization of legal construction，constructing multiple high-quality product system，constructing GIVS multi-governance mode of "government(G) + industry(I) + villager(V) + scholar(S)" and effectively integrating science and technology.Optimization strategies are proposed from four perspectives，including infrastructure construction，capital investment，product upgradation and innovation，and talent introduction，in order to provide practical guidance and reference for the development of rural tourism under normal epidemic prevention and control.
