Studies of Electrochemical Properties of PANI/ TR Composite Film

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

利用循环伏安、交流阻抗和动电位扫描,研究了聚苯胺/聚硫橡胶复合修饰电极在半胱氨酸的硫酸溶液中对含有S—S键的电化学反应的电催化作用及复合膜对碳钢的防腐作用和它本身的稳定性,研究结果表明:与聚苯胺膜相比,此复合电极对含有S—S键物质的电化学反应具有更高的电催化活性及更好的防腐性和稳定性

Abstract:

One method to improve efficiently polyaniline's electrochemical catalysis and anti- corrosion performance is to coelectropolymerize polyaniline and thiokol rubber in the non-aqueous solution.Because of having S—S bonds,the composite film with certain concentration of T R could catalyze the reaction with S—S bonds greatly,being used as cement and crossliker,here T R could prohibit the entrance of H+and other ions. Thus the corrosion protection of the PANI film is improved.All measurements have demonstrated that the electrodeposited composite film yields better electrocatalysis and wide application compared to the single PANI film.
