Extraction and Stability Study of Reed-leaf Green-pigment
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
在微碱性条件下,用65%食用乙醇提取新鲜苇叶中的绿色素,研究了它在不同条件下的稳定性.结果表明:该色素在碱性条件下对热、光稳定性好,对大部分金属离子也有很好的拮抗作用
Abstract：
Under the condition of weakly alkaline(pH≈8),green-pingment was extracted from fresh reed-leaf using 65% eatable alcohol.The stability of the green-pigment was studied under different conditions.It proves that the green-pigment in alkalescent media is stable to heat,light and most metalions.
