双工作电极下氧化铝薄膜的制备及光学特性

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

利用自制电解槽,在双工作电极下,通过一次阳极氧化工艺成功制备了2片微观结构高度对称的氧化铝薄膜. 实验发现,2片氧化铝薄膜呈现相同结构色,随着氧化电压的逐渐增大,薄膜结构色由单一色向虹彩结构色转变,且颜色变化规律相同,控制氧化电压的大小可以实现对虹彩结构色疏密程度的精细调控. 根据微观结构表征结果,结合理论计算分析了氧化铝薄膜虹彩结构色产生的机理. 这种具有高度对称结构且呈现虹彩结构色的氧化铝薄膜,对于开发功能对称型新型纳米器件具有重要意义.

Abstract:

Two aluminum oxide thin films with highly symmetrical microstructure were successfully prepared by a single anodic oxidation process using self-made electrolytic cell with double working electrode. It was found in the experiment that the two aluminum oxide films presented the same structural color. With the increase of oxidation voltage, the structural color of the films changed from a single color to the iridescence, and the color change rules were the same. Controlling oxidation voltage could realizea a fine regulation on the color density degree of the iridescence structure. Based on the results of microstructure characterization and theoretical calculation, the mechanism of iridescence formation in alumina thin films was analyzed. This kind of aluminum oxide films with highly symmetrical structure and iridescence are of great significance for the development of new functional symmetric nanodevices.
