体医融合视域下儿童青少年近视综合防控模式构建

Construction of Comprehensive Prevention and Control Model of Myopia in Children and Adolescents from the Perspective of Integration of Sports and Medicine

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

采用文献资料法梳理了儿童青少年近视防控的背景及影响的障碍要素,通过逻辑分析法探究了近视防控的基本思路、框架和体系. 研究认为,应该以儿童青少年人群为核心,以政府、家庭、学校、医疗卫生机构为组织和实施主体,整合体育与医学优质资源,以近视形成诱因为干预内容,以运动干预与临床干预为主要手段,通过自上而下的工作体制、自下而上的干预机制确保近视防控工作有效持续开展.

Abstract:

By using the method of literature review, this paper reviewed the background of myopia prevention and control of children and adolescents and the factors influencing the obstactes. Further this paper explored the basic ideas, framework and system of myopia prevention and control through logical analysis. It is suggested that the children and adolescents should be the core, government, families, schools and medical institutions should be the main bodies of organization and implementation. In addition sports and medical high-quality resources should also be integrated, and the inducement of myopia formation should be the intervention content by sports intervention and clinical intervention. The prevention and control of myopia should be effectively and continuously carried out through top-down working system and bottom-up intervention mechanism.
