仓鼠短膜壳绦虫的鉴定及遗传进化分析

Identification and Genetic Evolution Analysis of Hymenolepis nana in Hamsters

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

为了解石家庄市宠物市场仓鼠中绦虫的寄生情况及鉴定寄生虫物种分类,随机从宠物市场购买21只仓鼠并进行解剖,并对肠道寄生虫进行形态学、分子生物学鉴定及遗传进化分析. 结果表明:21只仓鼠中9只感染绦虫(感染率达42. 9 %),每条虫体结构相似,均具有吸盘、吻突、颈节和孕节等结构. ITS,COI和18S基因与短膜壳绦虫(Hymenolepis nana)序列相似性分别达100 %,100 %与99 %,遗传进化分析发现该绦虫与膜壳属绦虫处于同一分支上. 说明石家庄市仓鼠普遍感染短膜壳绦虫,应引起饲养人员的重视,加强日常管理.

Abstract:

In order to understand the infection of tapeworms in hamsters in pet market in Shijiazhuang and identify the species, 21 hamsters were randomly purchased and anatomized to perform morphological and molecular biological identification, as well as genetic evolution analysis. The results showed that 42. 9 % (9/21) hamsters were infected with tapeworms. Each tapeworm had similar structure, including suckers, processus rostralis, cervical nodes, and gravid proglottids. The sequence similarity of ITS, COI and 18S genes to Hymenolepis nana reached 100 %, 100 % and 99 %, respectively, and genetic evolution analysis indicated that the tapeworm and Hymenolepis nana are on the same branch. The results revealed common infection of Hymenolepis nana in hamsters in Shijiazhuang, which should arouse the attention of keepers and the management should be strengthened.
