12硫醇修饰金电极K3Fe(CN)6/K4Fe(CN)6体系的电化学参数

Electrochemical Parameters of Fe(CN)63-/Fe(CN)64- at the Gold Electrode Modif ied with Dodecylthiol Self-Assembled Monolayer

摘要:

采用自组装(SA)技术制备了正十二硫醇的SA单分子层膜.应用电化学交流阻抗及循环伏安技术研究了12硫醇SA单分子层膜在K3Fe(CN)6/K4Fe(CN)6溶液中的电化学行为.测得了表观电子传递系数α+β≠1, 电子隧穿系数为(0.83~1.11)/CH2.

Abstract:

The electrochemistry behaviors of different concentration of Fe(CN)63-/Fe(CN)64- at the gold electrode modified with dodecylthiol self-assembled monolayer were investigated with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry technology. It is determined that the apparent heterogeneous rate constant ks is in the order o f 10-8m·s-1. It is found the apparent transfer coefficients α+β≠1. The electron transfer between the gold surface and the redox species separated by the monolayer assembly may complete by electron tunneling. The electron tunneling constant is estimated in the range of (0.83~1.11)/CH2 which is consistent with literatures.
