Strategic Research on Improving Regional Innovation Capability in Underdeveloped Regions

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

基于欠发达地区创新能力的中外文献梳理，以创新地理学为理论基础，结合欠发达地区区域特点，总结了欠发达地区创新能力的演化路径和创新主体的演化路径，提出了影响欠发达地区创新能力的四大因素：创业能力、知识学习能力、创新环境、网络能力.基于这4个维度，进行了发达地区与欠发达地区创新能力的战略对比分析，提出精准扶持、突出特点、齐头并进提升区域创新能力的思路.另外，欠发达地区各类创新主体应根据不同演化阶段的自身特点，发挥自身专长，转发展劣势为优势，变创新威胁为机会.

Abstract：

Through reading and organizing the worldwide literatures of regional innovation capabilities in underdeveloped regions,evolution path of regional innovation ability in underdeveloped areas and evolution progress of different regional innovation subjects are concluded based on innovation geography theory and regional characteristics of different places.Four factors that affect innovation abilities in underdeveloped regions are put forward,that is,entrepreneurial ability,knowledge learning ability,innovation environment and network ability.From these four aspects,the strategic analysis of regional innovation capability between developed regions and underdeveloped regions is compared.The suggestion of precise support based on local features to improve regional innovation ability is put forward.Different innovation subjects need to play their roles based on their features at different evolution stages,turn innovation disadvantages into advantages and change threats to opportunities.
