摘要：

运用数理统计方法和GIS空间分析方法，对2000-2016年内蒙古市域居民人均可支配收入及贫困格局时空变化展开研究.结果表明：1）2000-2016年内蒙古市域农村牧区和城镇居民人均可支配收入均呈现持续上升的趋势；市域农村牧区和城镇居民人均可支配收入绝对差异增大趋势较为明显，相对差异先上升后下降.2）2000年和2016年内蒙古市域农村牧区和城镇居民人均可支配收入空间特征均呈现西部收入等级相对较高、东部相对较低.3）2000-2016年内蒙古市域农村牧区、城镇居民人均可支配收入总差异分别呈现波动中稍有减小、稍有增大趋势；地带内差异有所扩大，地带间差异有所减小.缩小总差异应首先解决地带内发展不平衡问题，重点是西部地区.4）2000年内蒙古市域农村牧区和城镇居民人均可支配收入差距不大，2016年内蒙古市域农村牧区和城镇居民人均可支配收入差距相对较大.2000年和2016年贫困区域较多，贫困问题比较严重.

Abstract：

Spatio-temporal variations of income and poverty pattern in Inner Mongolia from 2000 to 2016 were studied using mathematical statistics and ArcGIS spatial analysis methods.The results showed that:1) The per capita disposable income of rural pastoral areas and urban residents in Inner Mongolia showed continuously increase trend from 2000 to 2016.The absolute difference of per capita disposable income of rural pastoral areas and urban residents increased significantly.The relative difference increased first and then decreased.2) Per capita disposable income of rural pastoral areas and urban residents in western region was relatively higher than that in eastern region in Inner Mongolia in 2000 and 2016.3) The total difference of per capita disposable income of rural pastoral areas and urban residents in Inner Mongolia showed slightly decrease and slightly increase trend in fluctuation from 2000 to 2016,while intra-regional difference enlarged and inter-regional difference reduced.The total difference can be decreased by solving the problem of uneven development within a region, and the key is western region.4) The difference of per capita disposable income of rural pastoral areas residents and urban residents was not great in Inner Mongolia in 2000,while the difference was relatively great in 2016.There were more poverty areas in 2000 and 2016.The problem of poverty was more serious.
