A Study on the Adsorptive Wave of the Rare U-Arsenazo Complex

摘要：
在pH=7.7的BR缓冲溶液中，铀（Ⅵ）与偶氮胂（Ⅲ）反应形成配合物，于-0.73V（vs.SCE）处产生一灵敏吸附极谱波。检测下限为8.0×10-9mol·L-1,测得铀（Ⅵ）与偶氮胂（Ⅲ）的配合比为1∶1.配合物稳定常数1.12×107,配合物还原的电子转移数为2.用该法测定了水样中的铀含量，结果满意
Abstract：
In the medium of B- R( pH= 7.7), U( Ⅵ) reacts with Arsenazo( Ⅲ) to form a complex which gives a sensitive polaraphic wave at - 0. 73V(vs. SCE).The peak height was in proprtion to the concentration of U(Ⅵ)in the range of 2.1×10-8～ 4. 6 × 10- 7mol·；L-1. The properties of the polarographic wave and mechanism of electrode reaction were stuided. The composition of the complex was 1∶1. The method has been used to determine trace amount of U(Ⅵ)in water.
