The method of solidification of kraft black liquors by a starch derivative is reported. The amount and ratio of different reagents are changing according to the kinds and densities of the kraft black liquors. The result of solidification is satisfactory. By adding nitrogenous, phosphate and potash fertilizers and other trace elements, the solidified kraft black liquors is used to produce organic and inorganic fertilizer containing humic acids.
