一种简单高效的铝离子化学传感器

A Simple and Efficient Chemical Sensor for Identifying Al3+ Ions

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

利用2-羟基-1-萘甲醛和2,6-吡啶二甲酰肼反应生成了一种简单高效的荧光探针L,通过1HNMR表征了其结构.在DMF和水(体积比为1:1)的体系下,L能够高选择性识别铝离子,表现出明显的荧光增强.通过对10μmol/L的受体进行滴定实验,测得探针L对Al3+具有较低的检测限(10.64μmol/L),表明探针L检测铝离子具有较高的灵敏度.当荧光发射强度出现了转折点时探针L的摩尔数为0.66,证明探针L与Al3+的结合比为1:2,结合常数为2.951×109L/mol.

Abstract:

A simple and efficient fluorescent probe L was synthesized by the reaction of 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde with pyridine-2,6-dicarbohydrazide.The structure of L was characterized by 1HNMR.The L used as a chemical sensor displays an highly selective recognition for Al3+ amongst those tested metal ions.Which has a significant fluorescence enhancement in the mixed DMF and water (1:1).A lower detection limit (10.64μmol/L) for Al3+ was measured based on 10μmol/L receptor titration experiment,indicating the probe L has the higher sensitive recognition for Al3+ than those tested metal ions.When the molar ratio of probe L is close to 0.66,the fluorescence emission intensity shows a turning point.The combination ratio of probe L with Al3+ is 1:2,and the corresponding binding constant is 2.951×109L/mol.
