低频线缆BCI等效替代强场连续波电磁辐射理论研究

Research on the Theory of BCI Equivalent Alternative Radiation for Low-frequency Cable Coupling Channel

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

由于互联系统信号传输的基础是双线,以低频线缆耦合通道中比较典型的平行双线为研究对象,针对互联系统单端为非线性受试设备的电磁辐射敏感度作了理论研究.讨论了典型互联系统辐射与注入的等效以及在高场强下的外推条件,推导了辐照条件下互联线缆平行双线端口的感应电压,通过引入电流注入探头典型的π型电路模型,进而对单端为非线性受试设备的互联系统单端共模注入方法(BCI)注入与辐照的响应作了计算,进行了BCI等效替代强场连续波电磁辐射的实验验证,并分析了辐照时有无大电流注入探头对辐射与注入等效的影响.

Abstract:

The signal transmission of the interconnected system is based on two-wire,so this paper takes the typical parallel two-wire in the low-frequency cable coupling channel as the research object,and conducts theoretical research on the electromagnetic radiation sensitivity of the single-ended non-linear interconnected system.The equivalent radiation and injection of typical interconnected systems and the extrapolation conditions under high field are discussed.The induced voltage of parallel two-wire ports in interconnected cables are deduced.By introducing the typical π-type circuit model of current injection probe,the injection and irradiation response of single-ended bulk current injection(BCI) to the interconnected system with single-ended non-linear device under test was calculated.The influence of high current injection probe with or without irradiation on the equivalent radiation and implantation was analyzed.The need for the next injection and irradiation equivalent experiment has some significance.
