稀土离子掺杂硼硅酸盐玻璃上转换发光性能研究

Up-conversion Luminescence Performance of Rare Earth Ions Doped Borosilicate Glasses

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

采用高温固相法分别合成了单掺铕、铕铒共掺、铕镱铒共掺以及铒钬共掺的硼硅酸盐玻璃,研究了掺杂离子的掺杂浓度对荧光强度的影响,并详细分析了不同离子掺杂的硼硅酸盐玻璃的上转换发光机理.在泵浦波长为978nm时,硼硅酸盐玻璃呈现橙红色光(590nm,Eu3+5D07F1跃迁),红色光(610nm,Eu3+5D07F1跃迁;695nm,Eu3+5D07F4跃迁),绿色光(552nm,Ho3+5S25I8及Er3+4S3/24I15/2跃迁).研究表明:Er3+作为激活剂,Eu3+与Er3+之间存在能量传递,Yb3+做了敏化剂,增加了Er3+的上转换发光效率,Ho3+与Er3+之间存在着能量传递.

Abstract:

In this paper,RE doped borosilicate glasses were prepared by high-temperature melting,including Eu3+ doped,Eu3+/Er3+,Er3+/Yb3+ and Er3+/Ho3+co-doped samples.The influence of the doping concentration of ions on the fluorescence intensity was studied and the up-conversion luminescence mechanism of different ion doped borosilicate glass phosphors was analyzed in detail.The phosphor exhibits orange red light at 590nm (Eu3+,5D07F1 transition), red light at 610nm (Eu3+,5D07F1 transition) and 695nm (Eu3+,5D07F4 transition),green light at 552nm (Ho3+,5S25I8 and Er3+,4S3/24I15/2 transition) under 978 nm,respectively.This research shows that Er3+ acts as activator,and there is energy transfer between Eu3+ and Er3+,the Yb3+ ion is used as sensitizer,and the up-conversion luminescence efficiency of Er3+ is increased.There is energy transfer between Ho3+ and Er3+.
