间接电氧化法研制对氟苯甲醛

Synthesis of 4-Fluorobenzaldehyde by lndirect Electrooxidation Method

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

报道了用间接电氧化法在无隔膜电解槽中电解Mn2+, 使其氧化生成Mn3+, 再用Mn3+在反应器中氧化对氟甲苯, 得到对氟苯甲醛.母液循环使用, 无污染, 在槽外反应中本工艺采用乳化搅拌器, 文献尚未见报道.本工艺电解收率>60%, 反应收率>80%.

Abstract:

It is reproted that the Mn2+ sulphonic acid solution is electrooxided to Mn3+ in non-membrane electrolytic cell by indirect electrooxidation method. Then the Mn3+ solution is mixed with 4-fluor toluene to prduce 4-fluoro-benzaldehyde. Purified mother-liquid returns to cell and used cyclically and no pollution. Emusifying stirrer is applied to organic electro chemistry and result is satified. Literatures about this are not look up. On the condition electrolytic yield >60%, out side cell reaction yield >80%.
