健康促进运动处方对2型糖尿病患者生活质量与生理指标的影响

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

运用双重盲检法对入选的40名患者随机分成运动组和非运动组，每组20人，实验时间均为10周，对实施健康促进运动处方前后各项指标进行观察和测定.结果显示：健康促进运动处方可以降低2型糖尿病患者的甘油三酯，改善身体的肥胖程度；显著降低2型糖尿病患者餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数，升高高密度脂蛋白，显著改善了生活质量.为相关的干预研究提供科学依据和方法.

Abstract：

Double blind method is adopted in the experiment, and 40 patients are divided randomly into exercise group and non-exercise group.During 10 weeks' experiment, the physiological index of each patient in two groups is recorded through observation and measurement before and after the implementation of health-related exercise prescription.The experimental results show that the health-related exercise prescription has positive effects on patients with type 2 diabetes, including lowering triglyceride (TG),alleviating obesity symptoms,decreasing blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin resistance index,and increasing high density lipoprotein cholesterol level 2h after meal.And the quality of life index has been definite improvement as well.This study provides scientific basis and methods for relevant intervention research.
