Improved Resolution Process of a New Antiepileptic Drug Pregabalin
摘要/Abstract
摘要:
使用自制拆分剂对甲苯磺酰胺基-D-苯甘氨酸拆分新型抗癫痫药普瑞巴林的外消旋体,拆分率约为40%,以 3-(氨甲酰甲基)-5-甲基己酸为原料制备S-普瑞巴林的总收率为31.95%.
Abstract:
A new chiral resolution agents of (4-methyl phenyl) sulfonyl amino-D-benzeneacetic acid was disclosed to obtain a new antiepileptic drug S-pregabalin.The yield was 40% and the total percent recovery from 3-(carbamoylmethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid was 31.95%.
