Improvement on the Synthetically Process of 1-triacontanol

摘要:

1-三十烷醇是一种有效的植物生长调节剂.设计了一条新的1-三十烷醇的合成路线,以1,12-十二烷二醇和溴代十八烷为起始原料,通过选择性保护羟基、选择性氧化伯醇成醛、十八烷基三苯基溴化膦盐制备、维悌希反应和加氢还原等5步化学反应,制备得到1-三十烷醇,重结晶后产品纯度在98%以上.

Abstract:

1-triacontanol is an efficient plant growth regulator.In this paper,a new organic synthetic process was designed to prepare 1-triacontanol through 5-step reactions,starting from 1,12-dodecanediol and octadecyl bromide.One hydroxyl group of 1,12-dodecanediol was selectively protected by TBDMSCl,and the other one was oxidized to get 12-tert-butyl dimethyl silanyloxydodecanal.Octadecyl bromide reacted with triphenyl phosphonium to get octadecyl triphenyl phosphonium bromide.Wittig reaction was carried out with the two intermediates.The product (olefin) was reduced by hydrogen and then the protective group TBDMS was removed to yield 1-triacontanol.After recrystalization,the GC purity of 1-triacontanol was over 98 percent.
