一种简易快速获得脱毒马铃薯幼苗的方法

A Simple and Rapid Method for Regenerating Virus-free Seedling of Potatoes

摘要:

马铃薯是中国第四大粮食作物,其安全生产直接关系到中国农业经济的稳定增长.马铃薯系无性繁殖材料种植,在连年的种植过程中,通常会受到病毒的侵害,从而影响其产量和品质.分离茎尖组织培养脱毒马铃薯是目前解决这一问题的常见且行之有效的方法之一.通过实验探索出了一种简单易行的分离茎尖组织、培养脱毒马铃薯幼苗的体系,为快速获得脱毒马铃薯幼苗奠定技术基础.

Abstract:

China is transforming potato into the country's fourth staple food,and the safety production of the crop directly relates to development of agricultural economy.During years of continually asexual propagation,potatoes can be infected by different virus that can reduce yield and tuber quality.Shoot tip culture is one of the most common and efficient method to obtain virus-free potato seedlings.In this study,we developed a simple and practicable strategy to regenerate virus-free seedlings by shoot tip tissue culture.It provide technology foundation for virus-free potato seedling fast propagation.
