The Present Situation of Colleges and Universities Sports Resources and Countermeasure Research on How to Promote Teachers' Physical and Mental Health
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
调查显示,高校教师的身体健康状况不容乐观,尚未建立完善的体育锻炼行为机制.高校应面对现状,制定相应的高校教师体育教学指导纲要,充分利用高校现有的体育资源,最大限度地提高教师的身体健康水平.
Abstract：
The investigation shows that,college teachers' health condition is not optimistic,the perfect physical training behavior mechanism has not yet established.Universities should face the present situation,formulate the corresponding university teacher sports teaching instruction summary,make full use of the university existing sports resources,raise teachers' health level maximally.
