Synthesis and Crystal Structure ofα-maleimidyl-β-lactam of 1,5-benzothiazepine
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
合成了1,5-苯并硫氮杂-α-顺丁烯二酰亚氨基-β-内酰胺.结构经IR和X射线衍射分析方法得以确证.目标产物的收率为37%,该化合物的晶体属单斜晶系.晶体结构测定结果表明,化合物分子中的七员环为类椅式构象,顺丁烯二酰亚氨基和苯基位于β-内酰胺环的一侧.
Abstract：
α-maleimidyl-β-lactam of 1,5-benzot hiazepine was synt hesized.Its composition and structure were determined by IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The yield of the product was 37%.The crystal belonged to monoclinic.The crystal measurement showed that the conformation of the seven-membered ring in the title molecule was that of a chair,the maleimidyl and 4-phenyl groups attached to theβ-lactam ring were in cis positions.
