运动后过量氧耗在体成分运动控制中的作用

Effect of Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption on the Control of Body Composition Through Exercise

摘要/Abstract

摘要:

肥胖可诱发多种疾病,运动减脂是目前全世界公认最健康的减肥途径.运动强度、运动时间、运动形式的组合方式以及性别与饮食等,在一定范围内,均对运动后过量氧耗(EPOC)产生影响.运动过程中,需要制定适合个人的最佳运动处方来促进EPOC最大化,这样有利于消耗更多的脂肪、控制体成分.

Abstract:

Obesity is associated with many ailments,doing exercise to reduce fat is recognized around the world as the healthiest way to lose weight at present.The combination of exercise intensity,time and mode,sex and diet may have an effect on excess post-exercise oxygen consumption(EPOC) to some extent.During exercise,it is necessary to establish best exercise prescription for individual to promote the maximum of EPOC.By this way,more fat is reduced and body composition is controlled.
